BREAKING: Chevy, LG Admit Manufacturing Defect In Bolt EV - Here's What That Means

Just one week after it asked customers to park their cars outside and not charge overnight, Chevrolet has issued a second recall on all 2017-2019 Bolt EVs affected by its PRIOR battery recall program. 

Now, the company says, it will replace faulty battery modules in customers' cars, but there's also some pretty strict guidance for minimum and maximum state of charge that we think might make the Bolt EV a paperweight for some.
