Ground chicken and veggies sauce

Ground chicken and veggies sauce

So here's how I prepared that ground chicken and vegetables sauce

Ingredients
1lbs. Lean ground Chicken
1 large fresh tomato
1 large red bell pepper
3 scotch bonnet peppers
1 medium sized red onion
1 medium sized carrot
1 medium sized broccoli
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ginger & garlic powder
100ml vegetable oil
Salt and seasoning (to taste)

Preparation
1. Wash thoroughly and chop up all vegetables. The carrots, red bell pepper and broccoli should be chopped into bigger sized chunks and the tomatoes, onions, etc into smaller chunks.
2. In a saucepan add in vegetable oil to heat up over medium heat, then add in the chopped onions and allow it sit for a few minutes to activate the flavors.
3. Add in the chopped tomato and stir fry till it dries up a bit, then add the chopped scotch bonnet and stir, allow sit for about 2 minutes.
4. Add in the ground chicken in spoonfuls into the saucepan (do not stir) allow cook one side thoroughly then flip over with the cooking spoon (as you would do if frying a chicken in oil; this is so that the ground chicken doesn't muddle up with the ingredients before you're ready to stir.)
Note: If cooking heat is too much reduce it to cook the chicken slowly and thoroughly.
5. When chicken is cooked (you'll know by cutting a chunk in half with a spoon to see the insides) in the tomato and oil, you can now stir .
6. Add in the curry powder, ginger & garlic powder, some seasoning and salt and stir again. If too thick, add a little water.
Taste and adjust the salt if need be.
7. Now add the remaining chopped ingredients, stir thoroughly and allow sit for 2 minutes and put off cooking heat.
8. Serve warm with meal of choice and enjoy away👩‍🍳👌👍
