OLIVER DODD: NO SURPRISE COLOMBIAN MERCENARIES BEHIND HAITIAN ASSASSINATION

Given how the Colombian state has sponsored, with the active support of the US and Israel, the development of a mercenary industry in its war against peasants and workers, Oliver Dodd argues that it is no surprise that Colombian mercenaries have been identified as heavily involved in the assassination of Haitian president, Jovenel Moise. Oliver concludes that the assassination of the Haitian president constitutes the bitter fruits of the privatisation of the war in Colombia and that the fingerprints of the Colombian state, through the policies it has pursued over the years, are all over this killing.
