While analysing the impact of nullification of Art. 370, what stands out is the great psychological impact of this measure on India, Kashmir, Pakistan and the World. It also liberated J&K women, Valmikis, Gurkhas, and West Punjab refugees; it empowered the India friendly Muslim Gujjar and Bakarwal tribals, and paved the way for the Tiranga fluttering proudly in the Valley where it could not be done earlier. On the flip side, the Establishment is bent upon continuing the separatist friendly policies on the ground, and the anti-Jammu and anti-KP prejudice.
