A Chinese woman said that China is running black sites in Dubai to detain its dissidents, corruption suspects or ethnic minorities like the Uyghurs. The young woman said that she was held at a Chinese-run secret detention facility along with two Uyghurs for 8 days. This perhaps comes as the first evidence that China is operating a so-called “black site” beyond its borders. Watch the video to find out what happened at the black site.
