Heat Pump-Not Cooling Well

In this video we go out to a new customer's house to look at a heat pump that is not performing well. The customer stated that the unit's were very old, but the equipment ends up being R410A equipment. We find a completely plugged pleated air filter, a low run blower run capacitor, an un-marked white wire, unit set to low fan speed, and a transformer that is flopping in the wind. I end up correcting those issues and fire the system up for testing. Thanks for watching.
