Unboxing 3 Different Ipsy X Boxes. Is Ipsy Being Fair??

Today we unbox 3 Ipsy X boxes, the largest and most expensive subscription currently available from Ipsy, and see how different the values are from each other. The value is up to $500 but one of mine was worth around $250 and another was worth $100 more! Is this fair, are you just taking a chance, or should Ipsy give their customers a somewhat similar value across all boxes?
