This is part 6 and the final part of my New Hampshire series.
Since I’m leaving New Hampshire in a few days to head back to my house, there was 1 more car wash that I wanted to revisit, as the last time I was at it was 3 years ago! And that is the Sparkle Clean Car Wash in Laconia NH!
This is Sparkle Clean’s self service/touch free wash location, as they also own a self service/exterior tunnel wash in Meredith and a flex service site in Scarborough Maine. I haven’t been to the one in Scarborough yet, but I will soon as I saw a video of it online and it shows that they have Hanna Sherman equipment there. The location in Meredith has Belanger & Sonny’s equipment.
This site here features 3 touch free washes and 1 self service bay. There used to be 2, but they bay we chose replaced the 2nd self service bay. Strangely, the 2 other automatics were down for some reason. But one was being repaired. That means this bay was the only functioning automatic here.
The automatics here are PDQ LaserWash G5-S machines. The first 2 are the older models with the older signage, while this one is the newer one with the new signage. All 3 have had some modifications done to them, with G&G lighting being installed on them along with new Hot Wax signs and LED lights on the side of the signage in the bay.
The wash shown in this video was the $19 The V.I.P Wash which included:
*Two Hot Presoaks
*High Pressure Wash
*Spot Free Rinse
*Turbo Dry
*Underbody Wash
*Wheel & Side Blasters
*Clear Coat Protectant
*Triple Foam Polish with UV Protectant
*Repel Rain Repellent
*Simoniz Hot Wax & Shine [FAIL]
Wash Quality: very good! The hot wax was very watery but besides that, the wash did a fantastic job! Overall, I’d highly recommend checking this wash out to anyone who is in the Laconia NH area!
