The mandalorians' many armaments were developed and crafted over many millennia and in many cases were specifically designed to combat Jedi. The flame thrower and rocket launcher are great examples of this as they could not be deflected by a lightsaber. However, no other mandalorian weapon was more effective against the Jedi than their ancientmounts, the baserlisk war droids. These heavily armoured droids were capable of lying at over 500 miles per hour and were equipped with pulse wave canons, laser canons,missle launchers and most powerful of all shockwave generator rods that could be used to break through the hulls of star ships. These ships were so powerful that Revan destroyed every last one of them to prevent the mandalorians from ever becoming a threat again.
