Covid-19: Expert 'surprised' by how quickly Singapore is nearing 1,000 daily cases | THE BIG STORY

With daily cases fast approaching 1,000 in Singapore, it's the first time in this Covid-19 pandemic that the majority of new infections are from the community and not from the migrant worker dormitories.

On Thursday (Sept 16), Singapore reported 803 cases in the community.

Professor Dale Fisher, a senior consultant at NUH's Division of Infectious Diseases, weighs in.
