Mirror Glaze Recipe
Ingredients
Condensed Milk 100 gm
Sugar 300 gm
Water 150 gm
White Chocolate (Sliced) 500 gm
Gelatin Sheet/leave 6 Pieces
Corn Syrup 100 gm
Method
Take water, condensed milk and sugar in a pan. Cook it till it comes to boil. Now add white chocolate and gelatin in it. Mix it well and take off of the stove. Now bring this compound to the room temperature, add corn syrup in it and blend it. Add any color and use it.
