verbal communication is one of the most important forms of communication. Peoples' mother tongue is a part of them, a part of their culture their identity. perhaps it is the most beautiful thing they will hear from a foreigner after their name... Invest in learning about who you are talking to and learn some of their language. I would love to hear what a difference it makes.
