Showing you how my mother in-law preserved her peppers from the greenhouse without cooking it. A very simple easy to follow recipe. People here in Bosnia and Herzegovina are busy during this time of the year preserving whatever produce they have from the garden and of the famous one is preserving the peppers for future use. This way of preserving doesn't need cooking. She just made a brine and pour it on the container full of sliced peppers with a little bit of garlic. That's it nothing else. My husband loves this preserved peppers so much.
