It’s been a while since I’ve done a recipe video but I came across this on TikTok and thought it was too amazing to pass up. Eggs en Cocotte. (Yeah try to pronounce that correctly cause I sure can’t.) My vision for this dish is a Sunday brunch with a small group of close friends and a ramekin in front of everyone and a mimosa in everyone’s hand.
