When you buy goods in the EU, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. This "cooling off" period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods.
However, it does not apply to all purchases. Plane and train tickets, concert tickets, hotel bookings, car rental reservations, tailor-made clothes, groceries, and online digital content such as movies and songs, are some examples of products that are not covered by the 14-day cooling-off period.
