How to make ensure printer quality to meet the transporation requirements?
Sometimes when the customers receive the uv printer may have some situations, like printer damaged or accessories fall off, etc. These problem happened, partly due to the unstable printer structure quality, and the uv printer might not be secured well in the packing box.
For our company, the Nocai company, we have done several steps which will be taken to ensure the printer in good condition:
1.Nine hours vibration test will be proceed to test the firmness of whole printer structure and its accessories before next process;
2.The printer will be secured on the basic tray with four footcups and it’ll be wrapped with pearl cotton;
3.There has a anti tilt sign on the outside of the polywood case, once the case has been tilted it’ll turn into Red.
In this situation, double ensure the machine condition before receipt since there might have accident happened during the transportation.
