At least 99 people have been killed after an oil tanker exploded near Sierra Leone's capital city, with the country's president mourning the "horrendous loss of life".
Dozens more casualties were taken to hospitals and clinics across the city, the country's deputy health minister Amara Jambai said.
The explosion took place after a bus struck the tanker in Wellington, a suburb of Freetown.
