EL SERENO, CALIFORNIA - Someone called police after hearing 4 to 5 gun shots and saw someone laying on the street. When LAPD arrived they found a gunshot victim and requested LAFD. LAFD arrived and rendered aid
They performed CPR on the victim but it was too late and declared
the person DOA. A woman was there as well crying and talking with the police. No suspect description was made available.
