This car is one that you certainly don’t see out in public all too often😉😏😏

This is the 1961 TVR Grantura MK2A, one of British automotive manufacturer, TVR’s earliest models, and seen here in absolutely stunning condition all around. The Grantura model was introduced by TVR as a MK1 variant in 1958, and was produced across a number of different variations, with a reported total of just about 796 units built for the world. Considering the fact that this car is a MK2A, it’s important to note that the MK2 Grantura arrived on the scene around 1960, and approximately 400 total units were said to have been produced of both the MK2 & MK2A. One of the main differences between the MK2, and the MK2A is the engine options that were available. The MK2A (shown here) used either a 1622cc MGA Mark II or Ford 1340cc engine from the factory, and is said to be capable of top speeds around 98mph, with a 0-60mph time of around 12 seconds.
