Many folks don’t seem to know exactly what the 1st Amendment of The Constitution is. We’ve set out to try to see who knows it and who doesn’t. It would surprise many of you to know that many law enforcement officers that we encounter don’t seem to know it either. Could this be the reason for many of the issues going on today? Is THIS the disconnect between the police and the people?
