5.After attending your message, if the material is in stock they will give the payment details. You have to send the payment receipt to the number in which you placed the order

6.you must take an opening video of the parcel. To claim for any defects or damages opening video is compulsory.

7.Always send your full address with pincode &phone number

8.If the material is soldout, will refund the amount. For any further enquiry you can contact customer care number

1 വീഡിയോയിൽ നിന്നും നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട material ന്റെ ഫോട്ടോ, സ്ക്രീൻഷോട്ട് എടുത്ത് സ്ക്രീനിൽ തന്നിരിക്കുന്ന ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു നമ്പറിലേക്ക് ഒറ്റത്തവണ മാത്രം അയക്കുക. മറുപടി വൈകിയാലും വീണ്ടും മെസ്സേജ് അയക്കരുത്.

2. ഫോട്ടോ യോടൊപ്പം നിങ്ങൾക്ക് എത്ര മീറ്റർ വേണം എന്നും അയക്കുക. ലൈനിങ് ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അതും പറയണം

3. തിങ്കൾ മുതൽ ശനി വരെ രാവിലെ 10 മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം അഞ്ചുമണി വരെ ആണ് വർക്കിംഗ് ടൈം
. ഞായറാഴ്ച കടയും ഓൺലൈൻ സെക്ഷനും അവധിയായിരിക്കും

4. ഷിപ്പിംഗ് ചാർജ് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുംminimum ₹70/-. ഒരു കിലോ വരെ കേരളത്തിനകത്ത് ഏകദേശം₹100/-. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്ത് DTDC വഴിയാണ് അയക്കുന്നത് എങ്കിൽ റേറ്റ് വ്യത്യാസമുണ്ടാകും. ക്യാഷ് ഓൺ ഡെലിവറി സംവിധാനമില്ല

5. ആദ്യം വരുന്ന മെസ്സേജ് മുതലാണ് നോക്കി വരിക.മറുപടി തരുവാൻ സമയമെടുക്കും. നിങ്ങളുടെ നമ്പറിൽ എത്തി കഴിയുമ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾ ഓർഡർ ചെയ്ത മെറ്റീരിയൽ സ്റ്റോക്ക് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഞങ്ങളുടെ സ്റ്റാഫ് അതിന്റെ പെയ്മെന്റ് ഡീറ്റെയിൽസ് പറഞ്ഞുതരും. ആ തുക Google pay അല്ലെങ്കിൽbank transfer ആയോ ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ് അതിനുശേഷം പെയ്മെന്റ് റെസിപ്റ്റ് നിങ്ങൾ ഓർഡർ ചെയ്ത നമ്പറിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കണം. അതിനുശേഷം മാത്രമേ മെറ്റീരിയൽ മുറിക്കുക യുള്ളൂ.
