New Tropical Storm Likely for Parts of the Caribbean

A new tropical storm is likely to form for parts of the Caribbean. This strong tropical disturbance is moving into the Eastern Caribbean. It will then develop as it heads toward Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. Meanwhile, Hurricane Fiona continues to bring hurricane conditions to the Turks & Caicos.
