THANKSGIVING Fall Centerpiece 2 Dollar Tree DIY (2021)

I have 2 fun Thanksgiving Centerpiece ideas for you today, using supplies from the Dollar Tree. Of course, I like to do a coastal flair even with thanksgiving and these centerpieces do not dissapoint.

The first Thanksgiving idea is a macrame pumpkin centerpiece for my Thanksgiving dinner table. I use 2 wire pumpkin wreath forms from the Dollar Tree. I use coastal ropes from the Dollar Tree and unwind the rope into 3 smaller ropes. I tie a knot and then macrame using the wire as the third rope. I found this technique on a blog. I will post a link below. I do this macrame on both pumpkin wreath forms. Then I macrame them together all around the pumpkin and the pumpkin stem. I then put coastal blue pumpkins from the Target dollar spot inside along with spanish moss. To make a base, I use a long dollar tree sign upside down and attach with hot glue. To decorate, I use 10 burlap leaves from Dollar Tree in tan and brown. The final touch is a galvanized metal Thankful word from Dollar Tree on both sides of the Thanksgiving centerpiece. I love how this turned out. It is just beautiful. I got a burlap runner for my table from Amazon (link below) to coordinate with the centerpiece.

The next Thanksgiving idea is a basket "cornucopia" with a coastal flair. I use a thrift flip basket to make this centerpiece. I paint Dollar Tree gourds and Indian corn different shades of blue with chalk paint by Waverly. I have small pumpkins from Dollar Tree that I painted orange with pumpkin chalk paint by Waverly. I fill them in the basket along with starfish, that I got on Amazon (link below). Finally, I dry brush the handle with an ivory chalk paint to brighten the thanksgiving centerpiece up. This is a smaller thanksgiving centerpiece, but fun, beachy and colorful. So cute.
