Spain is well known for it's variable gastronomy throughout each region. In Galicia (La Coruña) there's a famous dish - PULPO A LA GALLEGA (OCTOPUS), also known as PULPO A FREIRA in the local language. People rave about it all over Europe, so I decided to try it for the first time and do so narrating in Spanish, (with english subtitles) as my channel is all about the Spanish Speaking world from Europe to Asia to Africa and to Latin America. Did the Octopus live up to its expectation or was there something better?
